i have gone into settings and it says the backlight is on. please help me sort it out!

Try restoring your iPod to factory settings, if it doesn't work maybe the backlight is busted. You can have it fixed for free at your Apple center if you still have your warranty.

they have a ton of diverse Nanos. I even have the 1st one that got here out almost 4 years in the past and that they are nonetheless making new ones. So i'm not sure how previous yours is. the guarantee ought to disguise it, and if so Apple will fix or replace it.

It should have a factory warranty... take it to where you bought it and show them. They ought to replace it or let you send it in to get it fixed.

go on ur setting ans see if it got changed kinda or soemthing but u should do that
