I gained alot of weight last year (which im losing now), and i got stretch marks right above my butt and my theighs. I've been using Palmers stretch mark lotion, but its really nasty and dosent help. Is there a way to fade them or something?

The redness will fade naturally, but you will still have the marks. The lotion helps stop any irritation and sometimes helps the marks fade. The only way to truly get rid of them is surgery and that is going overboard.

Unfortunately doll stretch marks don't go away, no matter what the market has to offer. It happens as you stated, when you abruptly lose or gain weight in a short period of time. It happens because the collagen and reticular tissue ruptures leaving that scar behind, once that bond is broken nothing can repair it....it is sort of like an elastic band that once it stretches out it's time to get a new one.
But don't go nuts over this, I know it's not a pretty sight but no need to worry, a lot of us go through that. I'm sure you have other charming attributes. Good luck!

They fade with time but don't waste your money on those things that say they will go away because they don't unfortunately.
