Is it possible to convert a manual tranmission to an automatic? Very curious..

It's not worth the trouble or the cost. Why would you want to do that anyway?

I know you can change an automatic into a manual, but the reverse was something I hadn't thought ofgenerally you would have to change radiator, run transmission lines and change out flywheel and possibly driveshaft.

yea but it will cost you an arm and two legs so i would not do it i have an 04 maxima with automatictrans and it has manual change also never use it though

I don't know, but I can imagine it's extremely expensive. You gotta change the tranny, the center console. I would strongly suggest that you sell and buy an automatic tranny. (transmission not not trans-sexual or transvestite)

You can have it replaced by one - but it costs a lot.
