Since you have obviously been taking such great care of it so far (bet you use regular 87 octane gas too) just keep driving it. The motor should give out before too long then you won't have to worry about the car at all anymore.

Change your oil and pour a can of Marvel Mystery Oil into your engine oil. I done this on a Nissan Stanza one time and it worked for me.

Sounds like it's low on oil.Easy to check.I would do that soon.
