it is definitely the best action by the SC in the recent history... hostile witnesses are the worst criminals and should be punished hard... hats off to Indian judiciary...

Certainly it is one of the best actions. These people (the witnesses) have been making fun of the law, even before the Supreme Court. Of course, they have their own vested interests. There should be very hard punishment to scare the future criminals, particularly those with political influence.
I may add that the lawyers, who deliberately use such false testimonies should not be spared as well, because as officers of the Court, it is their duty to assist the Court to unearth the truth.

I believe, it was done by HC and 32 people were issues notice for telling lie before court.

But the best action I think was...life sentence to Manu sharma. I had seen such an event only in a movie named "damini"

Thanks

it will become a best action of 06 when they all come and accept that they have lied.
most of them may not be available.
most of them might have become great personalities, (as nowadays only such types are becoming famous.)
ofcourse- as usual- though late justice is (still) there. i hope u understand the word in brackets.
justice is still there, justice is STILL there.
