McCormick and Schmick's, an upscale seafood restaurant chain that has over 45 locations throughout the US, is open every single day of the year.
I should know, I work at the Kansas City location. Ugh.

I'm pretty sure 7-Eleven is open Christmas day. Most of them are run by East Indians/Pakistanis thought, and since they're usually not Christian, why should they care if the store's open? More of the almighty $$$ for them, you know? However, their Christian employees are really getting the short end of the stick. I do feel badly for those people in retail who have to work on major holidays.

Movie Chains, Video Store Chains (I used to work for Hollywood Video and Starship Video). It is one of the busiest days of the year. A lot of chain restaurants are also open, but not all.
Hotels, airports, and public transportation are also open, but on a limited basis.
For the most part, what is open on Thanksgiving Day is Open on Christmas Day.
