how fast will a Tecumseh 2hp 2 cycle engine on mo-ped go

i am custom buliding my scooter

probably 15 to 20 mph, but its underpowered, its gonna slow down a whole lot when it goes up a hill

Not very fast,going to be seriously under powered.Most mo-peds have 10 to 20hp.
