Most people would agree that Halo 1 was a great game. And a launch game to boot. However, there was alot of dissapointmnet over Halo 2. Whether it was legit or the bar was set too high I'm not sure. I personally loved Halo 1 and really liked Halo 2.
My other favorite Xbox game beside Halo is probably Jade Empire.

Halo 2, in terms of replay value on XBox Live, is one of the top 3 video games of all time. Something that came out over two years ago, that still has a wide fan base and thousands/millions of people playing it on a daily basis, is a sign that Halo 2 is a sure-fire classic.

I kinda liked the game but to be honest I really don't care for the third game. And not to dissapoint you but I heard the movie has been posponed for a while.
