Diversity is about being selfless and considerate of DIVERSE views and backgrounds. Too often diversity is used as an "accept me" mantra, with little attention being paid to whom 'diverse' groups try to exclude. I've seen it too often.... accept a marginal group only to exclude another marginal group.... That is NOT diverse.

Diversity is one of life's greatest challenges in that can you accept change and difference. Imagine if we were all the same. How boring would that be.
