I think it will "control itself"...if you really get angry at work you'll get fired and it'll be a non-issue!

But seriously, consider what it is that seems to be making you angry; I'll take a wild guess that you don't like the way you are eing managed, and you have two options that would fix that right away, either you can go work somewhere else, or you can get better at what your manager does than they are, and get their job!
