It wasn't until I was nearly 3-months pregnant before I started throwing up. I was nauseated pretty bad up until then. I hope the nausea is all you have. It truly sucks to throw up all the time. And it seems to last forever. Anyhow, there are some women who never experience one drop of nausea or morning sickness...I envy them greatly...lol...GOOD LUCK!

Everyones pregnancy is never the same. Even when you get pregnant they won't be the same. Some people with get nauseated AND throw up, others just get nauseated. Try drinking a glass of milk before you put your feet on the floor in the morning or saltine crackers.. I always keep saltines by my bedside with a bucket!

well actually morning sickness doesnt normally occur til about 6 or 7 weeks. Sometimes you do throw up and sometimes like your mid wife said you just feel nausea. Since it is still early you may end up starting to throw up.(sometimes it makes you feel better when you get it out) to help with it eat smaller more frequent meals. also try to keep something in your tummy rather its crackers peanut butter something. Good Luck with your pregnancy and dont worry the sickness wont last forever mom!

I am almost seven weeks too and no throwing-up. I do get nauseated in the morning or at lunch (I can barely eat anything). But hey, we should be happy, that we don't spend our day in the bathroom....
I do have other symptoms like tender breasts etc. SO yes, your pregnency is perectly normal. Good Luck!

It sounds normal to me. My wife was different with all three of my kids. One she was hardly sick at all, the other throwing up all the time, while still the other, just feeling sick, but not getting sick. All three were normal, pregnancies.Good luck and best wishes.

Pregnancy is different for everyone. Actually, usually "morning sickness" results in extreme nausea as oppoed to regular vomitting.

Count yourself lucky if that's the worst part of your pregnancy.

Normal! I have three kids and it was my third when I showed the "morning sickness" in the early stages, on my second I didn't show signs until the third trimester.
Good Luck and Congrats!

woohoo! celebrate!

It is normal, I know lots of women who never throw up, and I've had two pregnancies where I didn't throw up once. The nausea is bad enough, right?
