I'm so sad...I listen to our song...mine and my exboyfriend's. I know I should deal the situation and forget about him. It was a long distance relationshiip and I still did.n recover. He keeps telling me that he won't forget me. Even if I do forget about him, sadness has crossed every bounder of my soul. I'm always sad. When I'm with friends I'm happy for the moment but get sad very fast...As in one song of my favourite band-when will this end-?

From personal experience, I totally understand. It's like you wake up in the morning and then suddenly you remember you're not with the person anymore and it makes you want to throw up and cry and it feels like your ribs are caving in and squeezing the breath right out of you...good news....you have your whole life ahead of you and THERE IS someone for you, and the right person for you won't say goodbye and make you hurt and cry.

Only time can heal the pain, unfortunately, it's the only remedy. So go out with friends and really enjoy and eat up being a single person just enjoying the company of people who will passify the hurt for now. Someday someone wonderful is going to come your way and fall in love with your smile and bring the sunshine back into your heart. And that'll be the person meant for you.

So smile and have yourself a wonderful christmas.

I can tell you from personal experience with these kinds of relationships, they are not good at all for you. Yeah you will be sad for some time, but the only way to get over it is to realize that the person you are meant to be with will probably not be a thousand miles away when you are with them, in my situation the person that I was really meant to be with showed up right where I worked at. Just don't bother with long distance relationships and start looking around yourself and you'll find that person for you.

Hi there!
Well i had long distance relationship before too. When we broke up i was feeling really sad!
just like you i was sad all the freaking time. Unlike you i couldn't listen to any song. Nothing really cheered me up..
BUT!!!... time will pass and believe me the feeling will fade!
well it would be good if you could keep yourself busy so that you have little time to think and stay alone with yourself.
But the best things is (but hard of course) to get new special someone but please real someone... all these long distance relationships never work...
best of luck

huh, i am in this same situation. but i have found a solution to keep myself happy. i am trying to ignore the songs we loved....n instead listening to something of my own favorite...n yes, i am going out a lot now with my friends. to divert my mind i do crazy stuff, joke around n talk about cute guys....n also i tell myself that it is only a boy...many other things can happen in my life which can be more dangerous than a broken heart. love will happen again anyway. all i have to do is wait.

Any time we loose someone we care about it takes time to heal--you are very normal about your blue period--it happens to all of us----you are in morning and it will pass--just be glad he is still your friend--so many have harsh break-ups be glad that's not the case

How long have you been split up? It does take time so give it time and do things that do not remind you about him.
