I've only played it for a little bit once or twice so I just remember at the beginning it starts with a guy telling you to get into this car and it has a yellow diamond on top of it and I think it's on a bridge. I think it's either Vice City or Liberty City or something, not too sure.

If it starts at a lawyer's office its vice city, it looks like you have played liberty.

It is most probably GTA Liberty City Stories. GTA 3 has a blue diamond, Vice City has a pink diamond, San Andreas has a red diamond and Liberty City I forgot.
