HECTIC! People drive like idiots I swear! Why can't our Freeways run smoothly? Why do people stop and watch accidents or flat tires? Or why is there a chain reaction to one person stepping on their brake lights once? Crazy! '-)

Scary as hell, my wheel cylinder on my back break went. I came to work on hardly any breaks. I had a brush with death one time this morning. I got to work and had to get my car towed and hopefully I will have it done by today so I can finish my Christmas shopping. Phew, its only 11:00 a.m. and I had a day from hell!

I feels so very good not to have to worry about that anymore!
I remember back in my younger days when I worked in downtown Atlanta, in the summertime when traffic was backed up and you could not run the air conditioner because your car would overheat, I would take off pantyhose and anything else I could while sitting in traffic just to cool off!

I walk to work down a wee stretch of road which leads to a school by the lake. (I work at the school, not the lake!). The snow on the ground was that soft snow... the kind that muffles all sound. It was so quiet that I could hear the trees creaking in the cold. A raven flew overhead... I could hear the swoosh of his wings.

today.. i'm home.. and has been home since 2 months .. Quit job.. hehe so I am enjoying this moment before start job again n.. having leg cramps.. from heavy traffic and manual car = bad combination. Gear 1 & 2 all the way.. damn..

Not too bad. I start at 10am missing the intense parts of rush hour. Austin is getting worse every year though.
