Yeah, they've hit my windshield. I've tossed them out of the window before and they've landed in my back seat and started burning things. I got what I deserved!

I'm pretty sure almost EVERYONE in the world, has seen someone throw a cigarette butt out of their car. But no I haven't felt like that... why would I want to pick up a dirty cigarette butt??

Lol, I live in the Metropolitan New Orleans area or better known as the cesspool of the U.S. Trash is everywhere. Man, they throw cans, beer bottles, Popeye's fried chicken bones and containers, wrappers, etc. A cigarette butt is nothing. If all the citizens were to pick up trash it would take them at least a month with heavy equipment to clean this place up.

Oh, yeah, lots of times. One time I saw a guy spilling cocaine out of the window of his car. I just make sure he doesn't cut me off or anything because I don't wanna start road rage with a guy who's most likely coked-up and armed.

Yes! Even though I smoke I think this is tacky and rude! Also I worry about what would happen if someone driving by had a leak in their gas tank. Kaboom!

I can't stand it... especially at night, because it always make me jump to see the embers burning...
And I hate looking out on the road at a stoplight and seeing piles of cigarette butts. It's disgusting...
Why doesn't the litter law ever apply to this?

Yes! I think it's disgusting. Filtered cigarettes especially. They are not bio degradable like non-filtered.

Yessss, my hubby and I ride motorcycles and they throw them ( and other trash ) right out , even though they can see us behind them......makes me wanna follow them home and punch them in the mouth....

i think that is so rude when they do that,and yes i have felt like picking it up handing it back and saying ,if you can throw it on the road you can save it until you get home and throw it in your trashcan.
