suggest me that how should i prepare that demo and what topics should i include in that demo and time limit is 25 minutes.

Is this demonstration about ordinary differential equations or partial differential equations? If its just about differential equations in general, I would talk about the difference between ordinary and partial differential equations and give an example of each kind with some sort of physical application and solve them if possible. Talk about a possible method of solving a differential equation...maybe separation of variables or something.

first give the introduction of the topic and then their applications.you need not go deeply into applications.and then its general form and slight introduction of eulers and other important theorems and two or three problems in a different approach by applying a small technique and solving them in a short time rather that it required.

Do not prepare anything special...just do a good makeup and they all will be attentive to you rather than presentation.
