'Just because' is a better fit here than 'Even though', which rules out 1, 2 and 5. 'Prevalence of procrastination' sounds awkward (almost like a tongue twister) which rules out 3.

I like the last one and the first one. This and that are better referants than it.
Also, the repetition of every gives emphasis.
