yes, the fact that he doesn't no my name strikes as a flaw to me. but that doesn't mean he won't ever no my name!

He is absolutely gorgeous in my opinion. I like the rough, long haired, scraggy look. And I think he's a really good actor, I've liked pretty much every movie he's ever been in. As far as flaws go.... I think he's been engaged like 3 or 4 times and had it broken off. Actually, he had a tattoo w/ Winona Ryder's name on his arm, and he changed it to "Wino". Which I've heard that he is a Wino (drinks a lot of wine). He tried to become a rock star before he became an actor and that failed. His family was poor growing up and moved from motel to motel. And he's also had problems with drugs in his past. So no he's not perfect.

Johnny depp is a human being at the end of the day, and he isnt flawless no one is,and im sure he doesnt think he is either, Mr Depp must have one hell of an ego if he were that way inclined, but i dont see it when he is interviewed, he comes across as genuine unlike the other actors who are so far up their own ****, he is loyal to his fans and comes across as himself, fair play to him though for his acting, he is very talented, those who say they dont like him? they are just jealous!
I mean hes got a pretty wife, two children, lucky wife to have him as her husband, and lucky kids, imagine having Johnny Depp as your dad, who is a very talented actor! plus their mother is a singer too, im sure their kids will be full of inspiration during their childhood, anyway to get to the point, any film i have seeh Johnny in, he is very versatile, if there is one thing you cant knock it is his acting!!!
How people can say they dont like him is hilarious, you dont know him personally, so who are you to judge!?

I have nothing against hi as an individual, but as an actor I find him rather overpowering and having had to watch P of the C 2 for the third time when the first time was two hours ten minutes too long I am becoming habitually repelled by the man!!

I'm a big fan, I think he's a beautiful man and he's a great actor. I don't think i've seen him in anything I didn't like.
Of course he must have some flaws - everyone does.
He's an alcoholic? really? says who? I have never heard that one.
He's gay??? Try telling Vanessa Paradis and their kids that.
And he wears make-up? Of course he does! Every actor wears make-up in their films!!! What a ridiculous reason not to like someone!!

He used to be a heavy smoker. Not sure if he still is.
As an actor, his major flaw is his English accent but I don't mind that as
a) he has a go (and his efforts are often quite amusing)
b) he has a good sense of humour as he is a big fan of 'The Fast Show'. Anyone else noticed he nicked Unlucky Alf's catchphrase for Pirates..2? (Can't say it as I'll probably get busted by the swear word police.)

and btw hes the only AMERICAN actor i have seen that can do a Scots accent exactly not only that the correct dialect for the area of Scotland finding neverland was set !!!!

Of course he will have flaws, we don't actually know him. We like what he looks like and the way he appears on screen but that isn't the REAL him is it. Everybody has flaws but he is a fantasy figure isn't he and there are no flaws in a fantasy!
