A few weeks ago, I came on Answers and my profile was gone! Totally wiped out! I was so vex! I didn't know how it happened but I didn't bother starting all over again. ( I was at level 5!) I came on today to start fresh when I saw my old profile! What happened to it before? Has this happened to anyone else? I'm glad to see it's back. I missed answers! Glad to be back guys!

I have seen that when the site is under construction or is updating that your account will appear to not exist. I noticed that too and about had a fit when it looked like my profile was gone. It must be some kind of glitch to protect the site, while updates are going on. Who knows??

I dont know. I haven't had that happen. I would have been pissed! I know what you mean though because you work to get to level 5 and its gone, who wants to do that all over! GRR, glad you got it back :)

That hasn't happened to me but if it did, I would be immensely pissed because I've been on this since April and I finally got to Level 7 two months ago.
