Concentrate on breathing from your diaphram. Most people breathe with their chest, this comes naturally. It takes just enough concentration to focus your breathing that you automatically relax/forget your nerves. (ha, just caught all of you trying to breathe correctly... lol) This really does work, it is even advised for people suffering from Panic Attacks and Heart Palpitations. Don't let your nerves get the best of you. Remember these things... These feelings remind us we're alive! And if you never have these feelings how fun could your life really be right? Everytime you overcome a stressful situation you are that much stronger!!
