Sometimes when my boyfriend and I have sex, I will get a little swollen and sore down south afterwards....he is a little "big" for me as well, but still....And please hold off on the "s.t.d" comments, I don't have any, I JUST got checked out literally like 2 weeks ago....does this happen to any other females? Thanks so much!

Maybe you and your boyfriend should try to slow the motions down a little bit. I have this same problem also but if you take it slow which is sometimes hard to do you will not feel so much pain. A person like myself I love the pain and I live for the pain. Pain is Good!! Have you ever heard of something that hurts so good?? I would not think of this as an STD or anything negative. If its really bothering you that much go and talk to your GYN.

It is not an STD. It is called vaginitis I beleive. I might have the name a little wrong, but it is something like that.
It is normal, and nothing is wrong. Basically it is just your body telling you it was a little over-worked and you should leave it alone for a while and let it rest is all. The swelling is just caused by the huge amount of blood that rushes to that area when you are sexually stimulated.
This same condition is what tells CSI doctors if someone was raped before death, or if a child has been molested. Its definitely no STD.

You could have a latex allergy if you are using condoms, or a sensitivity to sperm. Try polyurethane condoms (Avanti) if you suspect that is the case. You could also be having rather rough sex, and, like any other part of your body, if it gets knocked around, your vagina gets sore and bruised.

Also, when you get aroused, your body increases the blood flow to swell your genitals in much the same way as it does to a man. This increases your sensitivity. When you are done with sex, you may notice that you are swollen up now more than you did in all the pre-sex excitement.

it is possible that you sweel from trauma from his size, but it is normal to be some swollwn. it is because of the rush of blood to the area. kind of like when a man gets an erection, rush of blood to the area. however with females, there is usually a change in color as well, it turns blue or purple agian due to the ruish of blood to the area from being turned on

The swelling is from excitement. It's your bodies way of saying it is excited or was excited in your case.
