He will be replaced with another Santa when it is time for him to retire,but when that particular Santa dies,he will be mourned by everyone and especially Mrs Claus and the Elves who have spent their entire lives with him,as well as all who ever knew him

When Santa dies I guess that Mrs. Claus will take over. But if she dies there probably is not going to be Christmas.

Santa actually died some time ago. a group of elves incorporated, formed a conglomerate and hired a stand in for photo ops of the big jolly guy. free enterprise my friend.

Mrs. Claus inherits the workshop, the sleigh, the reindeer... the works. Then she sells everything to a major corporation, like Walmart and moves to Florida.

Santa will never die because he lives in each and every one of us! We pass him to each family member as they are born and he grows inside their hearts and he will always live thru us all!

Santa, aka "Santa Claus", "Sinter Klaus", "St. Ni'colaus", "San Nicolo" is already dead. I've been to Bari, Italy where he's buried and seen his tomb.
Obviously, this has not slowed him down one iota! :)
