That would be even worse than if the Empire State Building collided with the Menara Kuala Lumpur (KL Tower). Although both have about about the same probability since they involve massive objects that are held in position for extreme forces.
If you are looking for a fresh worry why not think about what would happen if a Fed Ex truck crashed into your front porch?
Neptune is composed of a mixture of molten rock, water, liquid ammonia and methane and a gas layer of hydrogen, helium, water and methane. None of that sounds drinkable.
Uranus has a core of molten rock surrounded by liquid hydrigen layers and then clouds of methane, hydrogen, and helium.

They would probably make a new bigger planet with a different orbit, but it would take awhile before gravity brought the impact mess together into one.
I'd be more concerned about WHY they'd collide - would they come towards Earth? What is floating around the Solar System that would make these two gigantically enourmous masses, which are very very very far away from each other, what in the hell would make them collide?

They are never going to collide because their orbits do not cross. These planets are mainly hydrogen gas with some helium and a little bit of other stuff at the core including a small amount of water. You could try drinking it but the gravity would squish you flat before you got near it.

I'd have one hell of a lot of explaining to do to my proctologist... and for that matter, my wife...
Either that, or it would swirl around and wipe out all the Klingons.
