When I am about have a bath, I make sure that I lock my bedroom Window, the door to the balcony and the bedroom door. Then, I finally lock the bathroom door.
I keep thinking,what if there is an emergency and I have to run out of the bathroom naked? Does this make me paranoid?

No, I used to do that at all the apartment complexes that I lived. I moved at least once a year, for 8 years. I know live at my own home and I still do it. You can never trust anyone. Not even my own sister.
If there is an emergency, then you can unlock the door with your towel on. At least you won't be completely naked. :-)

I think you have just watched the movie "Sleeping with the Enemy" too much! Solution to the running out of the bathroom naked is to bring some clothes into the bathroom with you before getting into the bath.

any more extreme than that and you have OCD-obsessive compulisve disorder...nah im just kidding....ocd is associated with strange rituals and being a clean friek
you just wanna be safe like you may have to leave the bathroom in a towel and dont want people to see you. like if youleft an article of clothing in your room...but maybe you don't need to lock your window i mean i dont expect anyone to hop in.

It's a mild neurose, nothing to be too alarmed about, everyone has them. Genuine paranoia is usually far more serious with some ugly irrational beliefs and significant impact on your personal and working life.

no its good to be safe jus dont lock the bathrrom door just incase someone unwanted somes in your home u can know thier in there instead of them surprisein you. being a female things happen, so better safe then sorry

I don't think you are paranoid, but I would diet and exercise so you look your best in case you actually do have to run outside naked!

how do i put it....not really...you should just try not to worry quite so much.
Think of things you could do to prevent that from happening. Like take a robe with you and put that on if you have to run out all of a sudden/

I am also paranoid..everytime i go take a shower and stuff i always check behind the curtain first...i dont know why though i ALWAYS check..it makes me feel like some escape convict is hiding there or something...
