Yes I send them and I already got about 15 from family...what about them?

I celebrate Christmas, anniversaries, and birthdays...but sending cards with a pre-printed message and your signature is - in my opinion - dumb.

If you really care and want to share something about yourself, write a letter.

It's kinda like the tradition of an open casket for viewing a dead body. Think about it...isn't that kinda-sorta morbid? I appreciate the grieving, but I prefer to remember the person they way they were. The only thing in a casket is a decaying corpse.

Alas! I digress...but...my point is that traditions - even dumb and morbid ones - somehow seem to keep going.

I don't know what the question is, but, I love sending and receiving Christmas cards. Its a wonderful way of saying Happy Holidays. I hope this answers your question.

This is NOT a stupid question! I like to send and recieve them as well. I view the nicer ones as art.

Waste of money and a cost to the Environment. Use them only for people you're not going to see over Xmas and not for your friends/family/co-workers that you see every day.

I've only written a few out this year, to family and close friends.
I used to write out and send lots but now i'd rather just send them to people i want to
