It is a fragment because the thought is not complete. What does it not make right. Be careful of using pronouns without an antecedent to clarify. Don't forget to use a comma after school.

It's a fragment, but you're close.
I'd write something like:

Although procrastination is common in every school, it should not be considered a good habit to have.

Well.... let me see......leave out preposistions and the subordinate clause then........you have: Even though procrastination happens every single day.

Yes it is a fragment. Try making it into two or three sentences because there is no way to work with that sentence. I already tried.

It is not a fragment, but it is an incorrect sentence structure. Put a comma after 'school' and this will correct the structure and eliminate the problem.

possibly my grammar is undesirable right this moment, yet that doesn't look a sentence fragment. possibly it in basic terms needs you to assert 5905 what, like 5905 Wilshire street because of the fact it does not know 5905 as a noun. in specific circumstances be conscious in basic terms gets overly nit-picky.

How about................

Although procrastination takes place every day in most schools, it does not make it right.

Place a comma in front of the word school; this should correct the issue.
