People, when they are put together, are not always as pleasant as they would normally be. Being in close proximity to someone you just can't get away with it hard, even between friends. What the most important thing to remember is that the level of preoccupation with the other person that you may have had before you moved in cannot be maintained while you're living together. Personal space is important and you have to lead somewhat separate lives in order to keep from getting to each other.

If compelled by financial necessity, yes, not otherwise.
If room/flat mate is of the same sex as me, and is compatible in habits, yes, otherwise no.
Sorry cant fulfil your requirement of 250 words minimum. I suppose I cant share a flat or room with you!

Nope. I'm set in my ways and keep my house very clean and I have no desire to move in with anyone else and learn how someone else lives whether they're clean or live like a pig.

it depends, go for a background check on that person first,if that person is okay then give him/her a chance or a provisionary period for at least 2 months if you fill comfortable with that person thats the time that you can lower your guard a bit.just be careful
