what colors should i choose as far as make-up goes?

Heavy smokey eye makup will look good on you. Also, try light shade glosses and lipsticks so that the focus is on your eyes-

I would use plums and golds. I have that same coloring, maybe a bit paler of skin but hazel eyes and dark dark brown hair. I use sheer gloss on my lips. For eyes I use a plum colored eyeliner and a shade lighter color of purple/plum shadow. It makes hazel eyes stand out nicely. Hope that helps! :)

Eye Shadow:
You'll look best in medium green, medium purple, plum, medium blue, medium gray or blue-gray shades of eye shadow. Choose one shade only to use at a time and apply it all over eyes, from lash-line to brows.
Mascara:
Apply one coat of brown or brown/black mascara.
Lip Color:
You shine in sheer lip glosses in shades of light brown, bronze or raisin red.

Try this virtual make-over program. It'll help you to see what you should wear with your kind of looks. Personally, i would wear blues, browns, some pinks and purple. For your lips, pale lips is definitely cool! This is done by putting some liquid foundation on your lips, putting a nude/pink lipstick over it, and putting on a gently coat of clear or light pink tinted lip gloss. Hope this helps!

my coloring is the same and I use lavenders a touch of purple and shades of pink for nighttime and usually for day i go between the green shades and the brown and golds.

well it also depends on the shape of your eyes if you have black hair and hazel eyes and almond shaped eyes you can wear pretty much anything and your makeup will look beautiful!!

i think that you should try a green eyeshadow, and whatever make up matches your skin tone. that's pretty bold though, so otherwise, stick to browns - that'll always look good.
