Hot chocolate with candy cane stir stick, don't forget marshmallows too. Bake cookies from the freezer aisle.Just pop on cookie sheet and done in 10 minutes, tastes homemade & really goes well with that hot chocolate.

ok, so not as quick as the other ones mentioned, but take a sleeve of graham crackers, put them on a cookie sheet with edges (line it with parchment paper if you have some, makes cleanup easier). Boil 1 cup margarine and 1 cup brown sugar together for about 2 mins, pour it over the crackers in the pan, sprinkle with almonds (if you'd like), and bake at 350F for 6 minutes.

Cool before eating, of course.

Colored Rice Krispy treats. Take a 12 oz package of chocolate chips and melt them with 3 tbs butter in a pain. When they melt add in rainbow color mini marshmellows with walnut peices stir. Roll them into two logs in waxed paper and put in freezer. once frozen cut. You will see all the colored marshmellows- my mom always called them church windows and GOD they r like soooo good! You can also use Peanut butter chips too!
