I know we're in the Christmas season but I wanted to know what your thoughts on that. This is directed to all the christians who believe in the death of the Christ. Believe it or not Jesus' death is sooooo much more vital thatn anything else He did. What do you guys think on that?

No the Easter Bunny is a man made thing,I don,t even know who came up with that..Its like the tooth fairey where did that come from?it just like Santa Clause.....Easter is a celebration of the resurrection of Christ and has nothing to do with any easter bunny or easter chickens or dyed eggs,it just a thing people do.....

To avoid persecution in the old days, Christians celebrated their holy days at the same time as the Pagans did. This way it would not be so obvious. The Easter bunny represents Spring and rebirth as does the season of Spring.

The same way that the birth of Jesus in a manger in Bethlehem got "mixed up" with a decorated evergreen tree.

In the attempt to convert pagans to Christianity, pagan symbols and celebrations were adopted so that they could still have their festivals - but now they were supposedly honoring God and Jesus, and not Ostara.

As with Christmas Easter took over from the pagan fesival. The fertility festival, and what do bunnies do apart from deliver easter eggs.....?

I think the easter bunny was invented by someone who either wasn't a christian or someone who wanted a different reason for easter besides the true meaning of it.
