The Heel Toe Dance

Heel-toe combinations are basic elements done in various dances for at least 75 years, and I wish people would stop posting as if there were something more specific about them. Swing/jive dancers do them all the time. Let's all say this together: It's not a dance, it's not a move from a particular dance, it's not related to a particular song; it's a basic element.
One might also note that it's possible to use heel-toe as a description of classic 5th postion of the feet, but that's a digression.

That song by Missy Elliot and that other really pretty african american chick (I cant think of her name) its called "One two step"...

"Let me see your one two step, I love it when you one two step, everybody one two step, we about to get it on..." - Thats all I remember from the song:)
