Before you do anything, check the tag with cleaning instructions on the side of it. If you don't want to wash it or if it says dry clean only, you can do that or put some Shout on it and scrub. It will probably make the color lighter but make the stain larger- rinse only that spot with water under the sink or something, and continue to use Shout (or soap) on just that area, rubbing gently, until the stain is all out and it's just wet. Then let it dry. You can use some Febreze to get rid of the orange juice smell, too.
However, if you want to take a chance and wash it, you can do that too. What might happen is that the down will get all messed up, although you can try shaking/beating the comforter to get it back to normal.

Orange Down Comforter

I just wanted to add here that when washing down comforters one should look first at the "method" the comforter is put together with. Does it have long columns sewn in or squares, are they all sewn tight? If there are long columns, it will never come out of the dryer completely like it was before. If there are squares sewn in, this seems to be better. Also, one can only wash these in large capacity machines (like at a laundry-mat or most dry cleaners have them too). The VERY SMALL AMOUNT of soap you would use (about 1/2 cup of powder) should be added to the drum of the machine BEFORE adding the comforter. NO SOAP should be added to the machine except this. This will eliminate soap residue in the feathers at the end of the cycle. Also never use fabric softener either. Most dry cleaners will actually wash the item rather than put it in a solvent. They do it just as mentioned above. Dry in a large dryer on MEDIUM heat with about 8 tennis balls thrown in to the drum. It may take about 2 hours to completely dry and redistribute the feathers.

I've washed my comforter several times. Put tennis shoe(s) in the dryer to fluff the down.
