Most people are trying to figure out how you can get leaders with mathematical ways. Some even use physics equation! Is it true? Can it really be determined with numbers?

I think a quality follower make a quality leaders. If really had measurement on leadership evaluation, I think the best evaluate points should came from the follower itself.

Pleeeeeeez,leave the laws of maths n equations of physics alone confined to those thick dusty volumes,lots happens that is very practical and these laws are just for critical analysis NOT evaluation.
A true leader always delivers THEN speaks .Its only natural for us to feel the thrill of being in power,but this accompanied with the urge n desire to deliver is what makes up a true leader,having a good listening ear to the masses,empathy,taking into account everyone's welfare,not gettin pissed off and rattled by acidic remarks etc are some of the ingredients that u can gauge and find out.
I say this cuz I captained my high school for 2 yrs.....

You can tell a good leader when the people working for him love working for him.

A good leader cares about its people.

Just take the number of promise he/she made, divide it by his performance in you get the results
