I think you should sue your teachers for not giving you a proper education.
I think anyone in their right mind would prefer Michelle Wie to a PS2.
If they hit you over the head with a golf club after you complain about not getting your PS2 for a few hours, and they hit you hard enough to cause real and lasting damage, then you can sue for the battering.
also, if your present injures you, and they didn't leave the safety instructions intact, you can sue for that.
But you can't sue them for not giving you what you want (unless of course, they promised, then you might be able to get them for breech of contract).
Sue Santa instead. He probably has more money.

Omg, how f*cking pathetic are you? oh wait, lemmi guess you are a DEM? You can't sue for gift unless there was some sort of written contract. Sorry. And if you DO take them to court, I hope the judge locks you up for being so spoiled and bratty. You shoudl be thankful you even GET Christmas gifts.
Oh, and you little bratt, its CHRISTMAS not XMAS. More disrespect from a child who prolly has everything given to him. Youth today...ugh

Sure you can sue over anything. Do you have the money for a good lawyer. I would say a $5000 dollar retainer will be required. If you get a settlement it would be around $500.

No.
The court would find you in contempt and unable to stand trial due to mental retardation.
Who the hell wants a PS3 over a Wii?

You could try it, people have come through with other things like that before. I wouldn't do it, but if it really makes you that mad, good luck. But you do realize that they don't actually HAVE to get you anything. Do you know what my present this year is? A muffler, it costs a big ol' thirty dollars, but its all they can afford. You might want to think about things like that first.

Your attitude is horrible. Gifts are given as a token of affection, thanks, etc. The giver decides what to give, not the recipient. This holiday season be thankful that you have parents who are willing to give you gifts. But, if you get a lump of coal you probably deserve it.
