Yes, but they have to obtain written permission from the Head Hedgehog Board of Written Thing and Such and submit it in triplicate to the Board of Crossings. After extensive review by a committee of Badgers Against Skunk Drivers they may obtain a license for crossing which is good for 37 hours and which can only be re-issued thrice in any given Hedgehog hunting season.

Bob the Builder put some pipes for hedgehogs to go through on the programme when he fixed a road. so i guess they exist

I have never seen one--- the craziest one I have seen was a donkey crossing in Hawaii Try to drive after you see a dead donkey on the side of the road, who could hit a slow donkey.LOL
