The age at which a person's hair becomes white depends on hereditary factors, but diet , lifestyle and stress can also cause premature greying . Some of the home remedies for preventing formation of grey or white hair are by massaging the scalp with black tea or almond oil .More cheap and natural remedies for grey or white hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/whitehair.html

My advice would be to sign up for American Idol. You don't actually need more talent than the other contestants as could be seen by the last American Idol winner. You just need to look like you're 60 when you're still in your 20's. That wins over the judges and the votes everytime.
I have included a link to a picture of not only America's idol, but now, your idol as well. Don't worry about greying. It's seen as fashionable now if you're young. It's when you start balding that you have issues.

Learn to dye it any color you want. Most department stores sell hair dye for women from $3 to $30 dollars a kit. As in all things you get what you pay for.
Follow directions carefully use one a month or less.

There's nothing wrong with that, it is not a sign of anything serious. My friend (girl) went grey at the age of 23 and I have many guy friends who went grey well before 30. For a man it is said to be handsom and sexy, but you can always color it if you can't live with it otherwise

Act like you're wise beyond your years and enjoy it! It's not harmful. Dye it if you like.
