Steven Spielberg is one of the greatest directors ever. His movies are masterpieces (except the Kubrick film he finished, AI, which was horrible).
Some of his greatest films (IMO) were:
Jaws
Saving Private Ryan
Schindler's List
Jurassic Park
Star Wars
Indiana Jones (all 3 in the series)

Spielberg just has a way with movies. A good majority of his films are films that are timeless and memorable.
