No, not normally. But the stress of it could delay your period. See as though you are not sexually active and the chance of being pregnant is not the concern here. Your body maybe trying to change cycles and caused you to miss your period or you have a hormonal imbalance. If you miss another period, I would call your doctor, it is not health for a woman to go without a period for an extended time. But skipping your period every now and again is not a major deal. In some cases you have not built up enough lining of the uterus to slough of (usually happens when your on birth control). But skipping one every now and again is not a major issue for the most part. Once again if you are concerned then call your OB/GYN and talk with him or her.

Unrinary tract infections usually don't cause a woman to miss her period. Excessive excercise, on the other hand ( in the absence of sex ), can cause a female to miss her period.

No, but stressing out about it can. Stress is the #1 cause of a missed period, pregnancy aside. And since you can't be pregnant, I'd say it may be stress. If you keep missing it, see your gynocologist. I missed mine for 6 months once, and it was entirely stress related. They put me on a drug that got my cycles back to normal.

It can delay your period when you get UTI. Because of the antibiotic disturbance to your imune system. I know it happened to me before. Sometimes its early sometimes it really late. Your body is in the recovery stage where its fighting the bacteria right now, so you'll see a slight change. Its normal, just drink a lot of water so everything well flush off.. Hope that helps.

No, it can't. I applaud you for never having sex at 24, though.
