I'm hoping with all my heart that was a joke because any child whose father talks about them like that is doomed. Even if it is I wish people would get a better sense of what's funny and what's not. I am a mom and my kids' dad just died so I don't find it the least bit funny. Losing a parent is bad enough but when the remaining parent is a jerk wad, what chance does the kid have?

My first thought is that it's an unfunny joke. Someone who really cares so little for their child would probably not bother to go onto Y!A to ask for help/opinions and speak about it in that manner. Plus, the name is 'coool_ Dadofn3wyork' which is pretty childish. He says the daughter is 13 in two questions and 14 in another.

I prefer to believe it's a fake question. The asker just started on Answers today, which probably means he's been here before and started a new account and wanted to see if he could shock people. Looks like he did.
