its SATA. both Raid and sata are different Sata is one of the hard disk types (Sata, scsi, pata) al these hard discs are having different type of connectivity. RAID: redundant array of independent disks. RAID provide the user a way to access multiple individual hard disks as if they were one larger disk, spreading data access out over the multiple disks, which reduces the risk of losing all data if one drive fails. This process improves disk access time. mainly useful are raid 0,1, 3, 5. raid 0: Striping, raid1: mirroring, raid3: parity on separate disk raid 5: parity across disks.

Raid is a multiple disk setup for hard drives, whereas SATA is a type of hard drive. It's either SCSI, UATA, or SATA. Probably SATA. Check out their website for more details.
