Each state has different "Inn Keeper Laws" They are usually more strict then normal laws. Defrauding an Inn Keeper is a class C felony in Ca. Also in Georgia. Each hotel has to post a copy of the laws in each hotel room in a conspicuous place. (Usually the door) Different states have different rules considering the evicting of a guest for behavior and failure to pay. Some states consider them to be nearly the same as renters, others are much less then that. Each state is different.
