Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I keep on getting the above message whenever I browse the internet. Sometimes I have to refresh 3 or 4 times before I get to the page I am pointing to. Very frustrating.

- Is your connection to the internet ok?

* Scan your computer

- Have you missed a Windows Update?

- A virus?

Advise:

1) Scan your computer for viruses
2) Check the status of your connection, and whether you have the newest Windows update.
3) If everything is fine, and the problem keeps repeating itself...re-install IE again
