drugs have NOTHING to do with this!!!!!!!!!! my dad is 57 years old and he said back in the day they used to throw the old sneaks over power lines to so called "claim the spot"! The guys who hung on the corners did this.

some idiots think it's related to a drug dealing neighborhood, but it's just kids picking on other kids by throwing their shoes over the lines.
