I don't let it make me angry. I work with someone like that. He constantly creates drama within the department, fighting with people & making them cry. I'm the only person at work he hasn't had drama with, because I refuse to allow it.
He tried once & said, "I think you......" (I don't remember what it was exactly, but it was meant to start a fight). I replied, "What makes you think I give a rat's *** what you think?" A couple coworker's started laughing, and he never tried it with me again. In fact, we get along quite well. He knows not to try it with me.
Noone can make you feel bad without you letting them. They're not worth your time or wasting any worry on them. Don't care about them enough to let what they say hurt you! good luck

Some people get a sick kick out of reaction, it makes them feel powerful as they have successfully manipulated your emotions.
I see the a lot as I work with the public on a daily basis and encounter a variety of personality type. The key is recognizing when others are trying to get a rise out of you. When that is the case, remaining calm, cool and maintain a positive demeanor. They will usually give up, or get upset themselves when they realize their efforts are not successful.

In my experience those people who set out to make people angry, are their selves the angry ones. I can't truthfully tell you how to deal with them. You have to be able to control your own anger and not give in to their "jabs". Just remember you don't deserve it. They need the help.

hurting people hurt people, intentionally. sit them down and talk to them about your hurt, and if it doesn't get any better, maybe it is best to distance yourself from them, and move on where u won't be mistreated.

It's called 'pushing your buttons'
What you need to do is just laugh it off, and don't let them think they are hurting you.
If you don't allow yourself to have any buttons that people can push, then they can no longer push your buttons.

They're jealous of you! Just ignore them... or just keep doing what you're doing and pretend that they don't bother you!
