Well depends if the realtionship is new, if it is the first time and shes already turned on the she gets more turned on, also depends on her mood, if she is not into it then nothing. Its not the insertion that makes a girl have an orgasm boy do I wish. Basically if she is not turned on then nothing if she is turned onthen she gets more turned on and it feels good, also depends on how big his penis is or small, how close her clit is to the opening of her vagina and so on. In my expierence or my friends that I have talked to who are females it feels nothing like guys since what guys feel on the outside of there penis automatically hits once they insert it unless the girls loose or the guy has a real small penis, and women have various locations that it will feel good for them. No two women are the same. So if the women is not aroused well in general how does it feel, well like something is being stuck up there I dont know how to describe it really. If shes turned on then something being stuck up there but with good feelings. You just got to be a girl to know.
The way most women feel pleasure is by a guy going dowm on her, you know eating the kitty kat. Penises just can not do what a tounge does so if you want to make her happy then lick it.

Women can feel pleasure from her clitoris (the outer portion) and for some women, the so-called G-spot which is located between 3-5" inside the vaginal opening near the cervix. There are different erogenous zones for different women since each woman is different in what gives them pleasure. Ask 10 different women, and you'll get as many different answers.

signals are sent to the part of your brain where you experience pleasure...in return you become more aroused and your body begins to secrete hormones that give of a specific smells...and you begin to sweat...your body will also lubricate the vagina with a clear thick lubricant to make the insertion of the penis easier and you are less likely to get a tear...and sometimes you will orgasm which is when your cervix starts to contract and acts as a vacuum to kinda suck up the sperm to impregnant you....i hope this helps...i know it might sound confusing and you might have to look up a few terms but i learned this on the discovery health channel on a show called "the anatomy of sex"
