Toning lotion is a must: by tightening pores it keeps dirt out and allows your face to regain its velvety smoothness. Keep your skin very clean. Limit washing your face to two or three times a day. To cleanse oily skin, use oil-based products as they dissolve serum effectively. Opt for oil-free moisturizers to maintain a shine-free complexion.
A little home remedy:
1. Keep a bowl of water in the fridge and splash this cold water on your face 3-4 times a day.Cold water will not only leave you feeling refreshed but will also tighten the pores.
2. Follow up the cleanser with an astringent as this will remove all excess oil
3. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day.Water helps flush out toxins from the body.
4. Use an exfoliant twice a week. These skin scrub products contains little granules that, when used with a small brush, provide deep cleansing.

I had the same problem. In fact, my skin was so oily that no makeup lasted on it. The problem is because of imbalance. That said, you need to have a good skincare regimine. I do not like Mary Kay salespeople, but I love their Timewise Moisturizer and night solution for oily skin. They have done wonders for me. I also use Everyday Minerals as foundation. Try everydayminerals.com. Ask for a sample of their Intensive formula. The company sends samples for free. This helps a lot in maintaining the balance of your skin-

Wash your face with a non-scented face wash suitable for oily skin like Clean and Clear. Also, apply toner regularly to remove dead skin and restore the skin's Ph balance. As for your lips, try applying ghee every night to them. It should help.

Do this system twice a day. Start with your cleanser, then toner, then moisturizer. You should only use the mask once or twice a week. When using the mask start with mask (NO CLEANSER), toner, then moisturizer. The mask will act as a cleanser, no cleanser needed on top.
Her are some supplementary products for on-the-go:
