grab? not sure what you mean,,,,,,, some can encourage ghost to go on,,,,,, deal with their unresolved issues that cause them to hang around this life,,,,,, others can do exorcism,,,,,, im not sure at all why you would want to grab a ghost

i don't think ghost really exists the only one i heard of to be real is the holly ghost that is spoken about in the bible and you don't have to grab him hes free and will come along peaceful so cant answer this question
