the best products to use are water proof makeup because there is hard water were i live a thats what i wear. and the best beauty products i use are water proof sunscreen and i use a little foundtion so it won't break your face out

Not all beauty products can stand hard water. Therefore, I recommend going for products that are mild and not very harsh. I had been living in an area for sometime that had hard water. I used to use Oriflame then and I still use it now because of the brand value and the trust I can bestow on them. Try ORiflame's products, I am sure you won't have any complains :)
