I've had 15 different cell phones and tried 6 Cell phone Companies and here's what I found by asking other people, family and reading facts. If your looking for reception, Nokia will come in first place. It's the only company that makes they're own circuit boards thus, receiving and not dropping calls. This is what I have although I've up graded a few times with my Nokia and stopped at the Nokia 6101. It's a camera phone with e-mail functions and all the basic bells and whistles. The up graded version of this phone is the 6103, same phone but with Blue tooth wireless capabilities. I've been with T-Mobile for 4 plus years and not only has T-Mobile been very good to me, I've never dropped a call and more so, when I at the ranch witch is out of the city, When everyone phones wont get out, they use mine. The best thing about this phone is the price. With a simple two year contract, the phone is free. To buy it will be about $49.00 to $110.00 depending on the store. In the Internet, Blue Tooth phones I can tell you of two that I know of. The Side Kick 3 and the Black Berrie "pearl". The price is very high, $360.00 to $400.00 but if your looking for a mini computer/cell phone these work real well. My son who came in on a visit from Germany for three weeks before he was sent to Iraq, lost his Side Kick somewhere with in a mile walk (?) but had the $110.00 replacement insurance and without one question asked, they not only gave him a brand new phone but down loaded all his old phone numbers, downloads and music to the new sim card. He saved over $400.00. oh yea, the old phone was over two years old. Well, there you have it, the Loggers opinion of good cell phones. Happy holidays to you and yours :)

The Razr and Chocolate are both good phones. The Razr is more for show and has bluetooth, camera, and u can probably get IM on it. The Chocolate is an MP3, camera, video, and definitely IM. phone. The sidekick 3 is out it has camera, video, and it's more a text phone but it has IM. and that's pretty good too.

i'd have said D900.it's got d features u want except radio.d mp3 player's good but d function's disappointing as it's got no bass option.what i'll recommend is sony ericsson w850i.it's got a 2megapixel camera,awesome mp3 player with music recognition,3G,radio with RDS,1GB memory card in sales pack,bluetooth n infrared all in a sleek slide.if u want a flip(slide's beta thoh)get d w710i with 2megapixel camera,radio,cool mp3,opera mini n 512MB card.

there are SOOOO many phones that fulfil that now days!!

If I were you I'd check out something like 02 to oranges website and find one you like the look of - then see if it has the features you want - although apart from IM all those features are now very much standard, and IM relly isn't very hard to find either!
