It will be my first time living on my own and first time moving anywhere besides my home town. I do not know what to expect.
Who has gone through something similar to this?

When I was 18, I moved away to go to school...my first experience of actually being all grown up and responsible for myself. And I loved it. I learned self-discipline and how to do everything for myself. At 35, I picked up and moved to a new town where I knew no one. It turned out to be the greatest experience of my life. I reinvented myself - and started anew. Now, at 43, I have just moved again - from Canada to the tropics. And once again, I feel as though I have a new lease on life. Embrace the opportunity to be the person you always wanted to be...but couldn't, as you were pigeon holed in your old life.
